Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, psychological color theory, and grid systems.
- Familiar with Figma for handing over brand assets to the digital/UI team.
- Able to build a portfolio that showcases comprehensive, clean, and modern corporate identity work.
- Has timeless and adaptable design capabilities.
- Has system-thinking skills: not only creating a good logo, but also thinking through how it is applied consistently.
- Able to conduct competitor research to ensure the client's visual positioning stands out in its industry.
- Highly precise with microscopic details (spacing, alignment, proportions).
- Able to present and logically defend the philosophy behind each design element to management-level clients.
