Brand Designer

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, psychological color theory, and grid systems.
  • Familiar with Figma for handing over brand assets to the digital/UI team.
  • Able to build a portfolio that showcases comprehensive, clean, and modern corporate identity work.
  • Has timeless and adaptable design capabilities.
  • Has system-thinking skills: not only creating a good logo, but also thinking through how it is applied consistently.
  • Able to conduct competitor research to ensure the client's visual positioning stands out in its industry.
  • Highly precise with microscopic details (spacing, alignment, proportions).
  • Able to present and logically defend the philosophy behind each design element to management-level clients.

Illustrator

Qualifications

  • Proficient in digital drawing tools (such as pen tablets/iPads) using Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Skilled in both vector and raster/bitmap illustration.
  • Has stylistic flexibility (able to draw in corporate flat design, isometric, 3D styles, and hand-drawn styles based on the client's brand guidelines).
  • Portfolio demonstrates strong visual storytelling and mascot design abilities.
  • Expert at formulating visual metaphors: able to transform rigid B2B or state-owned enterprise briefs into human, friendly, and communicative illustrations.
  • Maintains highly organized file management (structured layer naming), since illustration files are often passed to the Motion Designer division for animation.
  • Able to maintain consistency in illustration style across a high volume of assets (for example, storyboards or guideline books).

Commercial Design (Graphic Designer)

Qualifications

  • High speed in operating Adobe Photoshop (for photo manipulation/digital imaging) and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong command of commercial document layout using InDesign or Figma/Canva for fast collaboration with the strategy division.
  • Portfolio rich in marketing collateral: presentation pitch decks, company profiles, campaign key visuals, digital ad banners (Meta/Google Ads), and social media templates.
  • A visual style that is punchy, dynamic, and straight to the point.
  • Strong understanding of call-to-action (CTA) placement so designs are not only aesthetic but also drive clicks/conversions.
  • Highly resilient in fast-paced work rhythms (speed).
  • Adaptive to frequently changing briefs (tactical revisions) and able to provide instant layout solutions without sacrificing agency aesthetic standards.
